Latest reports we have received about the 2015 Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge is that this special edition will be offered at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show. Main changes that will be offered are regarding performances and aerodynamics that will improve many things regarding this vehicle.
We have few images that were released by Infiniti even before official presentation that will be held during the next week. There is no doubt that this concept looks fantastic and we certainly do hope that it will be a base for the future Infiniti Performance Line or IPL that will come.
Specs Of 2015 Q50 Eau Rouge
It is obvious that this and entire Q50 lineup comes with significant influence of the Red Bull Racing program. Concept model received completely new body that now comes with wider track and lower ground clearance. This allows better characteristics on the road.
Combining previous teaser images and these we received lately it is obvious that now we have larger air intakes and carbon fiber splitter. This will allow better air flow and improved aerodynamics for further improvements on the performance segment. Carbon fiber was used extensively so we would be getting reduced weight. Door mirrors, side sills, carbon fiber roof and 21 inch wheels come with lower weight.
At this moment we can see this car from side and front and no images of the back are delivered but we could hear from Infiniti that the 2015 Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge will be offered with carbon fiber rear splitter, large integrated rear spoiler dual exhaust and similar features that will improve performances and overall looks of this car.
We do not know what we will be getting in the engine department and what kind of upgrades this unit will offer but we certainly do hope that something with a lot of power will be offered. If we look at those large intakes on the hood, in GTR style than there might be a nice monster under there.
